It began with a quiet wondering: What if everything we have learned from over a decade of photography, visual storytelling, and sharing meaning with others could translate into something more? And what if that something more is exactly what is needed in this time of immense digital transformation?

That wondering became Cedar & Cove and it continues to make Cedar & Cove what it is today.

Built organically from the ground-up, and with a deep sense of purpose and intention, our mission was simple: to become an ongoing and consistent presence for creativity, and to serve our local communities and beyond.

Why Marketing, and Why Now?

We’ve always been drawn to the soul of a story. From photographing families on windswept cliffs to collaborating with small brands who care deeply about their work, it’s never just been about content—it’s been about meaning.

In recent years, we have watched the digital space growing louder, busier, and faster. But also… thinner. With more and more voices shouting out into the void, and with the rise in AI affecting our ability to pinpoint authentic depth and connection, we decided to take an alternative approach.

We chose to slow down. To think. To reflect. To breathe. 

Then, and only then, did we promise to show up from a position of humility. And why? Because we knew we needed to adequately carve out the right space, or environment, for it. 

Cedar & Cove now exists to help thoughtful brands find direction in the online world. Our work is rooted in story, guided by strategy, and always shaped by intention.
